In The Middle of an Island can how be heard on the CD Version of B.B. King My Sweet Little Angel (VIRGIN 39103, 1992) which contains several other "previously unissued" singles. This tune is a cover of a Tennessee Earnie Ford tune that was recorded in the same session as "Please Accept My Love", which became a #9 R& B hit in 1958.
